While the full impact of Hurricane Dorian is still unfolding, the Red Cross has pre-staged relief supplies in both the Bahamas and throughout the southeastern United States.
Thousands of trained volunteers are being mobilized to provide tarps, hygiene items, hand-crank cell phone chargers and ready-to-eat meals.
The global Red Cross network in 187 countries has one central purpose: to help those who suffer without discrimination, whether during conflict, in response to natural or man-made disasters, or due to conditions of chronic poverty.
Both the Bahamas Red Cross and the American Red Cross need your support to help those in need.
