As a consultant, I have had a few challenging situations with clients. And, while it doesn’t always feel like an opportunity to grow, you develop a deeper understanding of patience, communication and having a solution-oriented mindset.
While we’re big advocates of working with clients with goals that align with your services, relationships can be strained in many ways. It can be a simple misunderstanding of priorities, someone too busy to respond promptly or unrealistic expectations regarding budget and timelines.
