Operation Green Light is a statewide driver’s license reinstatement event. This two-day event allows drivers who lost their driving privileges due to unpaid fines to fully pay overdue court fines or apply for a financial plan without added collection fees.
Through the program, millions of dollars in fines and fees are collected around the state, which helps fund public services, as well as dozens of state trust funds that support criminal justice operations. These fines are a primary source of funding for Florida’s Circuit and County Court Clerks, which provide a vast array of services.
