An update on the Naples Beach Hotel

With all of the controversy and uncertainty that's surrounded the Naples Beach Hotel since it was conceived, there's now reason for optimism. Necessary approvals from the City Council and other city review boards are on the horizon to make the area, which was previously an intrinsic part of Naples' charm, functional again within the next two years.

Most of us, when driving towards downtown Naples on either Tamiami Trail or Gulf Shore Blvd. N., have noticed the screening around the property that contained the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club – for so long one of our city’s iconic locations.

The new 216-room Four Seasons Hotel is under construction in this area and will be the first Four Seasons resort on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The entire development will now be called the Naples Beach Club.

We contacted the executive management of The Athens Group, which has project ownership, to get more updates.
