by The 100 Companies

The Lauren’s Kids Foundation – a Florida-based nonprofit that works to prevent child sexual abuse and help survivors heal – is trekking 1,500 miles across Florida from Key West to the Panhandle in the name of child safety and abuse prevention.

Led by Senator Lauren Book, the “Walk in My Shoes” campaign will traverse the state throughout the month of April during National Sexual Assault Awareness Month & National Child Abuse Prevention Month, stopping through Naples & Ft. Myers on Wednesday, April 10.

Senator Book will be joined by advocates from Project HELP, a local Naples victim services center.
