Recently, Suffolk hosted a Tour & Tapas event for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Southwest Florida Young Professionals. Guests were treated to a behind-the-scenes tour and update about the construction progress at the Great Wolf Lodge South Florida.
Suffolk‘s construction management team presented the history of the development, as well as challenges and successes the design and construction team has faced. Attendees walked through the property’s key features, including a 90,000-square-foot indoor water park and 60,000-square-foot Great Wolf Adventure Park, as well as 500 guestrooms along with restaurants and retail outlets.
Following the tour, the group gathered for networking and tapas.
