Good habits stack up

by
atomic habits

After weeding out crazy life hacks that I know will never work for me (I just can’t eat the frog every morning), I’ve come to realize that improvement is pretty much all based on developing good habits.

My most recent read, “Atomic Habits” by James Clear, makes a compelling case for habit stacking. Habit stacking is simply selecting a good or even neutral habit you already have and adding a new behavior to it.

Want to develop a morning meditation habit? Stack one-minute meditation increments after pouring yourself that first cup of coffee, for a calming new morning routine.
