I frequently tell my daughter she’s the average of the five people that she spends the most time around. Recently, I realized how true that adage is.
My friend, Sue Huff, has been volunteering with the Blue Zones of Southwest Florida and encouraged me to get certified. I generally lead a healthy lifestyle, so I didn’t think that Blue Zones materials were relevant.
After reading “The Blue Zones of Happiness,” I am re-energized in my efforts and excited to invest in building a sense of pleasure, purpose and pride in my personal life as well as our company.
