The Collier County Supervisor of Elections invites the community to nominate a veteran or current military service member to be honored through their Vote in Honor of a Veteran program.
“The purpose of this program is to remind voters of the men and women who made sacrifices protecting our liberties, including the right to vote,” said Jennifer J. Edwards, supervisor of elections.
Over 200 veterans were honored and are represented on the Supervisor of Elections’ website and voter registration events throughout the county. Visit the website to make a nomination and view those who are already inducted into the program.
