Essential Zoom meeting tips

One of my clients said it best: “This pandemic is forcing me out of my comfort zone to learn these new tools.”

If you are new to using Zoom or other video software, I encourage you to explore the dashboard of features to enhance your business meetings:

• Check, double-check and triple-check camera and sound settings. You don’t want to be “that” person.

•  In the host settings, you can mute individuals or the group.

•  Master the screen share feature, so that you can collaborate on projects virtually.

•  Pin your screen to a particular participant to disable the distracting active speaker view.
