Through the annual KCB Calendar Art Contest partnership, Collier County Solid & Hazardous Waste Management visits Collier County’s K-12 schools to educate students about recycling, proper disposal, litter control and local initiatives to protect our environment.
Students are then invited to express themselves by submitting artwork for the annual contest. More than 1,000 entries were submitted from Collier County students, and volunteer judges selected the top 14 winning entries for the front cover, back cover and each month of the year, with the winners featured in the 2025 calendar.
