While there is still much to learn, Downing-Frye associates are confidently preparing for what the real estate industry will bring. Our leadership team has stayed on top of issues surrounding the NAR Settlement, new guidelines and best practices so that our associates are prepared for whatever the market brings.
On May 15, we are hosting our biannual Success Bootcamp exclusively for associates to learn, exchange ideas and network with prospective team members. Workshops will include buyer agent agreements, business planning, sales scripting, marketing and essential tools like AppFiles, as well as our integrated website, CRM and social media management program.
