Technician Apprentice Program offers sustainable careers

As technology advances, finding good, qualified technicians is critical for maintaining the safest fleet of vehicles. To help young men and women get the hands-on experience that they need, Waste Management launched the Technician Apprentice Program (TAP).

The program offers part-time apprenticeship opportunities to students enrolled in technical training schools. Students get on-the-job training, a steady paycheck and can be eligible for toolboxes valued at $10,000-15,000, to help them get started in their careers.

If you know someone that would be interested in exploring TAP, visit careers.wm.com and search “technician apprentice.”
