Budgeting and building credit can be challenging, but are essential to creating a secure future for your family. Recently, SVdP Naples and MidWestOne Bank relaunched a Life Skills training program that empowers families to work together on a financial plan together.
According to Eddy Alfaro of MidWestOne Bank, the most rewarding part of this program is helping participants see the connection between having a solid financial plan and achieving their goals to become homeowners.
He shared some alternative lending programs that help first-time buyers affordably get into a home, which inspired the attendees to take small steps towards big goals.
