Creating a positive office culture can be fun

When people think of work culture, they think of expensive team building retreats. Oftentimes, though, the little things make a bigger difference.  

Creating a positive work culture where everyone feels welcomed and respected is not only vital to an organization’s success, but it also guides clients on whether they want to do business with you.  

In our office, we use humor to create more engagement and memorable experiences with clients. “Fortune walls” are one way WCG adds wit and character to our brand experience.  

One of my favorites? “There are lessons to be learned by listening to your advertising agency.”
