With the end of the year quickly approaching, we ask Collier County residents to submit any documents for recording by noon on Dec. 26 to ensure they are officially recorded in 2023.
Due to the holiday schedule and end-of-year rush, our office cannot guarantee that documents submitted after noon on Dec. 26 will be recorded in 2023.
Documents can be e-recorded from your home or office with a pre-established account. Please contact one of our deputy clerks at the main courthouse or one of our satellite offices located around the county for assistance.
