Recently, my internship took me to a workshop with Townsend Consulting Group that will help me be a better and more productive employee, through integrity.
Integrity is not simply a moral judgment standard of good versus bad, like values. To have integrity, you must uphold and honor your word. And whether we uphold our word or not, such as by delivering a project on time, has an impact on ourselves and others.
Integrity is not just a passive value that you partially practice. Rather, you must continually strive for integrity by communicating and honoring your word to yourself and others.
