Keep Lee County Beautiful, Inc. (KLCB) partnered with Comcast, Keep America Beautiful and the City of Cape Coral for a tree planting in celebration of Arbor Day.
In Joe Coviello Park, volunteers from Comcast’s Team UP program, local students and community members came together to plant 138 trees. The planting is part of the ongoing reforestation initiatives to preserve and enhance the natural beauty of the area.
“Trees play a crucial role in every community, and we are thankful for the collaboration with the city and its efforts to lead in tree canopy growth,” said Trish Fancher, KLCB executive director.
