Did you know we test our voting equipment?

by The 100 Companies

Florida law requires a Logic and Accuracy testing of voting equipment prior to elections. These tests ensure our voting system is functioning properly and counting votes accurately.

To prepare, our office creates a test election with predetermined results. Voting equipment is then used to tabulate the votes from the test ballots and results are compared to the predetermined results. These tests are open to the public and take place prior to the start of voting in each election.

Visit CollierVotes.gov to learn more about Collier County’s voting system, and save the date to attend future Logic and Accuracy tests.
