With no end in sight for worker shortages in 2022, companies are getting creative. WM (Waste Management), a leading environmental solutions provider, is offering to pay for employees to earn Bachelor’s and Associate degrees and other certificate programs at more than 150 accredited schools nationwide.
Dawn McCormick, Director of Communications for WM’s Florida area, says, “We will also offer $12,000 per year toward graduate degrees and that extends to spouses and children in January thanks to our partnership with Guild.com. It makes us an employer of choice in Florida and North America.”
