Valerie’s House is helping children and families learn that the loss of a loved one doesn’t have to limit their dreams. With the support of donors, Valerie’s House offers both structured grief counseling with licensed therapists and a social network for children and families to grow stronger together.
Support programs incorporate art, music and play therapy to help children as young as four express their emotions. While children are connecting, there are also peer groups for parents and caregivers.
