U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary to host boating safety class Dec. 16

If things don’t go as planned on your boating voyage, would you know what to do? This is just one of many essential boating tips you will learn in the Boat America Class on Responsible Boating.

Flotilla Commander of Fort Myers Beach Flotilla 91D7 Greg Masonick says, “In-person classes offer camaraderie together with local knowledge that you won’t get from an online class. It is an excellent opportunity for students to interact, share perspectives and gain local knowledge.”

The class will be held on Saturday, Dec. 16 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and costs $45 per person. Enroll online.
