Tammy Seyler named DLC’s Employee of the Year

by The 100 Companies

The David Lawrence Centers for Behavior Health (DLC) has named Acute Care Nursing Supervisor Tammy Seyler their 2020 Employee of the Year for her sound leadership. Her team truly admires her and routinely expresses gratitude for her compassion, support and openness to ideas to help with staffing so more people can access life-saving emergency care on the Crisis Unit.

Tammy goes above and beyond and volunteers to handle difficult tasks with a resolved nature and pleasant attitude. In her new role as a supervisor, she assists with training, employee engagement, DLC’s nursing student program and graciously stepped into the challenging role of Infection Control Officer amid the pandemic.
