Providing a road map to a successful financial future

Typically, young women are not exposed to the keys to financial success until later in life.

The League of Courageous Women is partnering with Bank of America and Khan Academy for a Better Money Habits event to help provide the tools for financial security to the next generation of female leaders in Southwest Florida.

Julie Schmelzle will be engaging young women with hands-on activities focused on budgeting, building credit and saving. This critical knowledge will enable young women to become more financially literate and apply what they’ve learned early on to set themselves up for a successful financial future.
