Hurricane Ian wrecked havoc across Southwest Florida, but as a community we will rise together. Amidst the devastation, the storm also taught us many things.
For Shy Wolf Sanctuary, we saw the need to provide shelter not just for animals, but also for as many others in the community as possible.
As we move forward with building our new property, Shy Wolf will provide space for first responder pets while they work – and for community members’ animals – so that their people can go to a designated county shelter and not worry about their furry, feathered or scaled family member’s safety.
