Despite divisiveness swirling throughout the internet and social media lately, there are still more good people than bad.
This was one key message from John R. Wood Properties’ annual awards breakfast celebrating its top-performing agents and record-breaking 2021. Among its top transactions were a 11,511-square-foot, 3.98-acre Gordon Drive compound which sold for $52 million and represented the highest price ever paid for a Naples home. Its second and third top transactions were properties listed and/or sold for $40 million and $39 million.
John R. Wood Properties led the Collier / Lee County market with 3,054 listings sold and 6,109 total closed units.
