Movement 4 Life, a dance and movement company that offers a gentle, restorative approach to wholeness, is now offering classes at several locations in Southwest Florida.
Owned and operated by Lisa and Keith Banks, with more than 40 years of combined experience, M4L is offering amazing classes:
Body Shaping at 10:45 a.m. and Adult Dance Classes 11:45 a.m., on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Oficina da Capoeira martial arts school, located at 2086 Beacon Manor Drive, Ft. Myers 33907
Tai Chi classes at 9 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium, located at 3450 Ortiz Ave., Ft. Myers 33905.
