Lauren Fox, a Naples native, has been a yoga instructor since 2012. Fox is passionate about teaching yoga to anyone interested. However, she found that the cost of classes stopped some people from practicing yoga.
So, she created Donation Yoga Naples, which allows yoga students to have the freedom to pay what they can and provides a great opportunity to give back to the community. Half of all proceeds are donated to various nonprofits in SWFL.
Fox says, “My teaching intention is to bring mental and physical joy to every student I teach while seeing peace signs over dollar signs.”
