There is nothing better than coming home from a long day of work to a house that smells of a delicious dinner. Who knew throwing ingredients into a pot, setting a timer, and putting the lid on could make your new favorite meal!

A slow cooker is a kitchen staple for busy individuals and families. It doesn’t have to be your grandmother’s traditional pot roast,  with recipes ranging from healthy meals to desserts.

Cooking at a lower temperature for a longer duration may help to preserve nutrients that are sometimes lost when your food is cooked rapidly at high heat.
