Closing workforce gaps is something that regional economic development organizations have wrestled with for years. Hodges University is helping to close those gaps with our Professional Education and Training (PET) initiative, Hodges Connect.
It’s designed to prepare the workforce with the employer-demanded skills necessary to succeed in the job markets of today and tomorrow. Hodges Connect includes online, onsite and on-campus workshops and classes – customized to suit any industry – for individuals or corporate groups.
Offerings range from a first line supervisor certificate to instruction in CPR, Adobe software, AutoCAD, customer service, conflict resolution, team building and cultural competency.
