Active transportation users have a lower risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer and mortality — whether by bike, foot, public transportation or a combination of the three.
Blue Zones Project (BZP) and Collier Area Transit (CAT) have teamed up for ‘Mobility Week,’ a week that encourages the community to take alternative modes of transportation to all their destinations.
Mobility Week takes place Oct. 25 through Nov. 1. Walk, bike or take public transit. Take a picture and share on the Blue Zones SWFL Facebook or Instagram page to enter to win dinner for two at a BZP-approved restaurant of your choice.
