Keep Collier Beautiful is inviting the young and young-at-heart to come out for the International Coastal Cleanup on Sept. 17 at 8:00 AM. Registration is open and many sites are available. The event will qualify for three student volunteer service hours.
This cleanup is part of the Ocean Conservancy’s annual International Coastal Cleanup that encourages global participation in ensuring that our coasts are free of trash and debris.
Volunteers are asked to submit photos and report their cleanup results to help support ongoing education and outreach efforts. Need a different date? Keep Collier Beautiful works with groups throughout the year.
