For some children, spring break means going hungry

by The 100 Companies

As school breaks for spring, everyone anticipates warmer weather and students look forward to vacation. However, for some children, it means going hungry. This is the reality for 30 million children in the country and thousands of children in Immokalee.

At Pathways Early Education Center of Immokalee, children are immersed in a nationally recognized, language-rich curriculum. And, they receive a continuum of care through partnerships with non-profit organizations that provide nutritious food, medical screenings, clothing and other barriers to learning.

You can change the path for a future leader, by sponsoring a student’s meals, tuition or materials for hands-on learning.
