Kids Yoga Camp

Learn the fundamentals and alignment of yoga through games an physical challenges. Learn about mindfulness and meditation using interactive activities around journaling. Learn how to create a yoga sequence and teach a class with visualization and daily arts and crafts.

At the end of each week, there will be a short yoga class taught by the Junior Teacher Trainees. Each child will receive their own Junior Yoga Instructor Training Certificate.
