No ice cream maker? No problem. Over 21? Even better. With only four ingredients and four hours in the freezer, this treat is ready for you to devour. Just remember, because the mixture is not heated, the alcohol stays full proof and doesn’t burn off.

This is truly an adults-only treat: Combine condensed milk, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and 2 teaspoons good bourbon in a large freezer-safe bowl.

Using a hand or stand mixer, whip heavy cream on high until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into milk mixture until well combined. Freeze for about four hours.
