During the pandemic, one of the ways for sellers to appeal to homebuyers was to highlight a property’s home office feature. However, home builders and realtors have found that for the first half of 2023, keywords related to the home office and workspace, such as “Zoom room” and “cloffice,” appear less on property listings.
This is because employees have been called back to the office, and the online work setup has become less relevant. Priorities have shifted to pre-pandemic features wherein homebuyers are looking for better kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
It is clear that the real estate market is constantly changing.
