The City Clerk of the City of Marco Island is now accepting applications for individuals interested in filling a vacant seat on the City Council.
To qualify for the appointed position, applicants must be a resident for at least one year, a registered voter of the city and shall not have served on the City Council for more than eight years during his/her lifetime.
Applications will be accepted until Tuesday, Nov. 19. Interested applicants may apply online or submit a paper application at the City Clerk’s office.
