Protect your identity by shredding documents at Collier County’s Recycling Centers

by The 100 Companies

Nov. 12-18 is International Fraud Awareness Week, sponsored by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Help protect yourself from identity theft by shredding old documents at Collier County Recycling Centers.

On the first Saturday of the month, Collier residents can bring documents for shredding from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. The first 20 pounds of shredding (per vehicle) are free.

Throughout the rest of the month, the Recycling Centers have secure drop-off bins that are available Monday through Saturday. The first five pounds of shredding (per vehicle) are free.

Protect yourself and your family by properly disposing of sensitive documents.
