Punta Gorda/Englewood Beach recently announced a three-year agreement to host the Gulf Coast Cornhole Classic, with the inaugural event June 22-24. This three-day social festival and pro-invitational is built around the competitive game of cornhole and live music.
Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome to participate with a $20,000 guaranteed prize purse. Registration is open.
The American Cornhole Organization (ACO) was established in 2005 and is headquartered in Camp Dennison, Ohio. The ACO is the world governing body for the sport of cornhole, offering official cornhole rules, certified products, tournament listings and comprehensive information about cornhole events.
