BYOK – Bring Your Own Kayak to pickup litter and debris

Keep Collier Beautiful is hosting its 2024 International Coastal Cleanup on Saturday, Sept. 21. Site captains and cleanup locations have been confirmed in various areas in Collier County to ensure all critical areas are covered.

While the event is usually held on beaches, parks and canals, KCB is also inviting volunteers to BYOK – Bring Your Own Kayaks – to help collect debris from the waterways.

Volunteers who are interested in gathering their friends and neighbors to BYOK must coordinate by emailing by Sept. 13. Cleanup supplies will be available for pickup before the event.
