Shortly after Hurricane Helene passed through Florida, I started scoping social media to check on damage. My friend Jackie Little posted the most “Florida” video that I have seen in a while.
As Tampa-based Realtors, Jackie and her husband Xavier are quite used to sharing home walkthroughs online and this is not their first storm. So, they documented storm preparations and gave followers the first look following the storm.
There are some valuable lessons learned, from a couple that is restoring their home for the second time in two years. The most compelling lesson, though, is how they work together.
