How to find happiness in the little things called glimmers

by The 100 Companies

It started with organizing guru Marie Kondo telling us to clean up our apartment by getting rid of the clutter that no longer sparked joy in our lives. Now there are glimmers, a term coined by author/social worker Deb Dana, who specializes in complex trauma.

“You feel something happen inside. There’s an energy that happens around a glimmer, and then your brain marks it as well.”

It’s appreciating the little things in life. This can be as simple as seeing a sunset, listening to music or hearing a child laugh.

And glimmer has over a million views on TikTok.
