Cattyshack Café tries to change adoption narrative

Cattyshack Café is the place to be if you love coffee and cats. Located in Fort Myers, the café serves as a foster home for cats to keep them off the streets.

The café has a main area where you can enjoy fresh coffee and some snacks. In a separate area, you can play with the cats and even adopt one.

Andrew Townsend and Amber Redfern created the cat café in order to change the adoption process. Cattyshack Café provides a home for at-risk cats that cannot be properly taken care of, until they can find a forever home.
