On Feb. 18, at 10 a.m., Edison and Ford Winter Estates will offer a class on floral fruit carving, where participants will learn how to sculpt a watermelon into a beautiful floral work of art.
Taught by floral designer, Anita Singh, this workshop will teach the techniques needed to create stunning floral carvings on melons. Singh will share her expertise and guide participants through the step-by-step process of carving flower designs. Singh will teach different carving techniques, including shading, detailing and creating lifelike petals.
