Simply take a fresh, sliced avocado (or two). Dredge them in flour, then dip in egg and coat in panko breadcrumbs.
Avocado fries can be fried in oil or baked in an oven until golden brown (bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes). Serve with ketchup, ranch dressing, or your favorite dipping sauce.
