Return-to-office benefits apparent in recent survey

by The 100 Companies

A report released by ResumeBuilder.com highlights several benefits of return-to-office (RTO) policy shifts. The survey includes responses from 833 business leaders whose companies were fully remote during the COVID-19 pandemic but have implemented RTO policies.

Sixty-five percent of companies reported improvements in communication and 63% saw improvements in productivity at the office.

ResumeBuilder.com career strategist Julia Toothacre commented that in her experience, business leaders often respond in ways that support their initiatives. “Given the amount of organizations doing layoffs or projecting layoffs, I am not surprised that business leaders have seen a rise in productivity in the office.”
