Change your life with yoga, meditation and wolves. Based on popular demand, Shy Wolf Sanctuary has added a new yoga-meditation event Sunday, April 24.
Meditation events include a private walk through the sanctuary to meet and commune with the animals before a guided meditation using the Yoga Nidra techniques. Participants will learn strategies to help keep them calm, focused and centered in their daily life.
Since the sanctuary is not open to the public and reservations could take a year or more, this is your opportunity to connect with resident animals at Shy Wolf. Registration is available at ShyWolfSanctuary.org/events.
