According to the Marco Island Area Association of Realtors, median home sale prices increased by 22%, and lot prices increased by 150%, in May. Inventory is up 16% from April, while homes sold decreased 27%. Days on market for lots was 135 this May, a 67% increase from April’s 80 days.
