Snapping photos of kids can be challenging. They’re on the move, they don’t want to pose and those sought-after candids quickly turn into silly faces once they see the camera.
Moving children and lack of light lead to blurry photos. Open your aperture, increase your shutter speed and shoot in plenty of natural light. If there isn’t enough light, use a flash with a softbox cover to avoid flash blowout.
Taking one photo at a time might make you miss “the” moment. Turn on your burst or continuous shooting mode, which allows you to snap multiple shots at once.
