Several of us struggle with making decisions — ranging from what to make for breakfast, to choosing which of the top two candidates to hire. But once the decision is made, we tend to feel at ease.
While decision-making can be intimidating, there are steps you can take to allow for a smooth and successful process:
1. Gather all relevant information, including statistics that will help guide your decision.
2. Decide on a realistic end goal and get other team members on board. Be flexible and open to others’ ideas.
3. Commit to your decision and put it in action immediately.
